Terms and Conditions for the Supply of Goods through the website www.dorje.co.uk and www.beholddorjeonline.co.uk This is a UK and EU only website We've designed this website solely for people who are in the European Union. If you're not within the European Union when you access this site, you are entirely responsible for abiding by the laws of the country you're in. All the information on products and services on this website is for the European Union.
Behold Dorje Jewellery Ltd makes no claims about any product transported from, or used outside, the UK. We can only accept orders from, and deliver goods to, the whole of Ireland and the United Kingdom.
You and this website
We may suspend, restrict or terminate access to this site at any time. We accept no responsibility for the websites linked to this website, or any information, practices or products of other parties linked to this website. Any dealings you have with any person found via this website are between you and them: we will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from them.
All the products supplied on this site are supplied by Behold Dorje Jewellery Ltd. All communications including advertisements made by Behold Dorje Jewellery Ltd and all information on this website are invitations to treat only and are not offers or unilateral contracts. In other words, though we may inform you of what we sell, and feature particular special offers (for example), we are not obliged to sell you anything.
The contract between you and us
When you submit an order, it represents simply an offer by you to purchase the products. It is not binding on us until we have notified you that the order is accepted by us. This means that if a product is shown on the web site but is not available or is incorrectly priced or otherwise incorrectly described, Behold Dorje Jewellery Ltd shall not be obliged to sell you that product. Payment must be approved in whole for the price of the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been approved by our credit card facility we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an e-mail to you at the e-mail address you provide in your order form. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.
Age limit for using this website
Only adults (persons aged 18 and over) are entitled to enter into legally binding contracts and as a result are the only people entitled to transact through this site. We will be pleased to take an order from your parent or guardian. Any other individuals who are unable to perform legally binding contracts are prohibited from ordering goods using this site. If you do not qualify do not use this site.
Pricing and Delivery
The prices payable for goods that you order are as set out in our website. All prices of goods shown on this website are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT). The VAT component of your order is highlighted separately in the shopping basket and order confirmation page and email. All of our prices are in UK Pounds. You will be billed in UK Pounds and only purchases within Ireland or the United Kingdom will be processed. You are required to pay extra for delivery. It might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations, if a solution cannot be found by alternative delivery methods you will be informed as such. Our delivery charges are set out in our website.
Right for you to cancel your contract
Subject to A.A below, you may cancel your contract with us for the goods you order at any time up to the end of the seventh working day from the date you receive the ordered goods. You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your contract nor will you have to pay any penalty. To cancel your contract you must notify us by e-mail at contact@dorje.co.uk or telephone us on 07903091626.
A.A your right to cancel your contract with us for the goods you have ordered is subject to: a) You not having worn or damaged the jewellery. b) The goods to be returned are not Earrings. For hygiene purposes we cannot refund on Earrings or sets which include Earrings. b) You contacting us within 14 days of receiving your goods.
To return your item:
1) Contact us by emailing contact@dorje.co.uk or Call 07903091626 within 14 working days of receipt of purchase. 2) You are responsible for shipping payment on return of all goods to us. 3) It is preferred you return to goods to us by Special Delivery. This will ensure you have proof of mailing. 4) The package must be packed securely in the packaging in which you received it. We are not liable to refund you if the jewellery is returned to us broken. 5) Once we have received the goods we will refund the item to your credit card.
Refunds can only be made to the credit or debit card, used at time of purchase. Refunds cannot be given in cash, cheques, or any other means. Refunds can only be made to the card used at time of purchase. Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your contract, any sum debited from you credit card will be credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order PROVIDED THAT the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you. If you do not return the goods delivered to you we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be credited to you.
Cancellation by us
We reserve the right to cancel the contract between you and us if: we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered; we do not deliver to your area; or one or more of the items you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers. If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
Delivery of goods to you
We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address you give us is correct and accurate and that there is somebody to sign for and take delivery of the goods from the delivery service used. All orders within the UK are delivered using Royal Mail Special Delivery. In some instances where Royal Mail may not be an option an alternative courier maybe sought. We will only inform you if we are unable to deliver your goods.
Delivery Charges:
- For delivery within Ireland and the United Kingdom we charge a flat fee of £2 and the delivery will arrive within 2-3 working days. - For urgent orders within Ireland and the United Kingdom we charge a flat fee of £5 and the delivery will arrive within 1-2 working days. Provided the order was placed Monday to 3pm Thursday. Please note orders placed on Friday may not reach you until the following Tuesday. - It is your responsibility to pay for Return of goods. See return policy above. You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been dispatched to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction. We make no promise that materials on our website are appropriate or available for use in locations outside Ireland the United Kingdom, and accessing the website from territories where its contents are illegal or unlawful is prohibited. If you choose to access this site from locations outside Ireland and the United Kingdom, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws. If your order is returned to us because the courier or postal service could not complete the delivery to you for whatever reason, then you will be responsible for the repeat delivery costs.
Liability
If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by e-mail of the problem within 14 working days of the delivery of the goods in question. If you do not receive goods ordered by you within 14 working days of the date on which you ordered them, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by e-mail or telephone at our contact address of the problem within 14 days of the date on which you ordered the goods. Notify us of non-delivery within this time frame so we can take up the matter with Royal Mail.
If you notify us of a problem under this condition, our only obligation will be, at your option either: to make good any shortage or non-delivery; or to replace any goods that are damaged or defective; or to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question in whatever way we choose. Save as precluded by law, we will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses (including loss of profits, business or goodwill) howsoever arising out of any problem you notify us of under this condition and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question. You must observe and comply with all applicable regulations and legislation to purchase goods from our site. The importation or exportation of certain of our goods to you may be prohibited by certain national laws; we therefore only supply the UK. All our Jewellery requiring hallmarking is hallmarked with UK marks, and therefore may not comply with international requirements on precious metals. We make no representation and accept no liability in respect of the export or import of the goods you purchase. We cannot be held responsible for any delays once the goods have left us and are in possession of the courier or Royal Mail.
Notices
Unless otherwise expressly stated in these terms and conditions, all notices from you to us must be in writing and sent by e-mail to our contact address at contact@dorje.co.uk and all notices from us to you will be displayed on our website from time to time. Invalidity If any part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.
Privacy & Data Protection Notice Behold Dorje Jewellery Ltd and information about you
You acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms of our privacy policy. You will not receive any other correspondence other than that relating to your purchases requests and questions.
We will not under any circumstances provide your contact details to third parties. We do not send any spam or random marketing emails to personal email addresses. Emails will only be related to your purchase or requests.

Nothing said by any sales person on our behalf should be understood as a variation of these terms and conditions or as an authorized representation about the nature or quality of any goods offered for sale by us. Save for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, we shall have no liability for any such representation being untrue or misleading. We make no representations or warranties about the accuracy completeness or suitability for any purpose of the information and related graphics published on our website. From time to time our site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors.
