Items are packaged in jewellery boxes, and or protective envelopes.

If deemed necessary items may be dispatched by courier or other postal method, at no extra cost to you.

Because we use Special Delivery a signature is always required upon delivery .

Special Delivery (United Kingdom)

Typically you will receive your purchase three working days after you place your order. Special Delivery will be made via Royal Mail within the UK and charged at a flat rate of £4.30, regardless of how many items you order.  There is no extra charge over the shipping costs expressed on your invoice. A signature is required upon receipt.

International Delivery (European Union)

International Delivery for customers within the European Union. International Delivery is charged at a flat rate of £5.00 regardless of how many items you order. There is no extra charge over the shipping costs expressed on your invoice. A signature is required upon receipt.

Orders received and confirmed by 4 pm on Thursday will not be dispatched until Friday, and as a result will not be delivered until the following Monday at the earliest.

During holiday periods, your order may take longer to arrive. In the event that of a delay of delivery we will email you with a revised delivery date or the option to cancel your order. At any stage please feel free to contact us if shipment is delayed.

We know how frustrating it can be to wait so we promise to keep you updated wherever possible.

RETURNS

Subject to A.A below, you may cancel your contract with us for the goods you order at any time up to the end of 30 working day from the date you receive the ordered goods. Items received after 30 days will not be accepted for processing.

To cancel your contract you must notify us by e-mail at contact@dorje.co.uk or telephone us on 07903091626 within 14 days or receipt of goods. These 14 days are a cooling off period helping you decide if you made the right decision.

A.A Your right to cancel your contract with us for the goods you have ordered is subject to:

a) You not having worn, damaged, resized, engraved the jewellery or had it altered by another Jeweller.

b) The goods to be returned are not Earrings. For hygiene purposes we cannot refund on Earrings or sets which include Earrings.

c) You contacting us within 14 days of receiving your goods.

d) Be sure you made the right decision with our 30-day return policy. 

To return your item: 

1) Contact us by emailing contact@dorje.co.uk or Call 07903091626 within 14 days cooling off period of receipt of purchase.

2) You are responsible for shipping payment on return of all goods to us.

3) It is preferred you return to goods to us by Special Delivery. This will ensure you have proof of mailing.

4) The package must be packed securely. We are not responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.

Your Refund Amount.

You will receive a refund of the sum of item(s) purchase minus postage charges. Refunds will be credited to the payment card used at time of purchase. We endeavor to complete your refund within 10 days of receipt of the retuned purchase item.
